The FMCSA are still facing challenges, the latest news is as follows:
- A sizable number of Compass Portal accounts are now streaming data
- Some Compass Portal accounts are still encountering login issues
- The email PIN retrieval System is still down
- The Compass Portal account-approval system is very intermittent with very limited access
- The SMS BASIC Percentiles on Compass Portal are still incorrect (see SMS for the correct BASIC scores)
- The QC Mobile App is still down (used to access L&I information)
- The FMCSA Support System is having problems
We are working to provide Daily Update data from Compass Portal into Vigillo’s scorecards as soon as the FMCSA makes it available.
